Role
We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Program Manager to lead the delivery of multi-module SAP SuccessFactors implementations within a complex HR transformation environment. This role requires a blend of programme leadership, stakeholder engagement, system integration oversight, and SuccessFactors domain expertise across Employee Central and Talent modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end deployment of SAP SuccessFactors programmes across multiple modules and workstreams.
- Drive project scope, delivery planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead cross-functional teams including functional consultants, integration teams, data resources, and business SMEs.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and define strategic programme objectives.
- Ensure programme milestones, deliverables, and budgets are achieved.
- Oversee timelines, RAID logs, dependencies, and change management impacts.
- Provide guidance on SuccessFactors best practices, integration patterns, and deployment methodology.
- Report programme status to senior stakeholders at steering and governance levels.
Key Skills
- 10+ years’ experience as a SuccessFactors Program Manager delivering multi-module deployments.
- Strong end-to-end experience across design, architecture, implementation, and cutover.
- Exposure to modules such as LMS, CDP, BizX, JAM, Employee Central, and Talent.
- Hands-on experience managing SuccessFactors interfaces and integrations with HRIS and enterprise systems.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, data models, and master data interactions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution capability.
- Experience operating across stakeholder environments including Business, HR, IT, Integration, and Third Parties.
