What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the full 360° recruitment process, from winning new clients to placing top-tier candidates
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Proactively source, qualify, and engage high-calibre talent across multiple channels
- Smash KPIs and revenue targets — and get rewarded for it
- Drive new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Work collaboratively in a high-energy, high-performance team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Recruitment experience (agency or internal)
- Sales or business development background is highly beneficial
- Motivated by commission, progression, and personal success
- Resilient, competitive, and target-driven
- Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
- Ambitious self-starter with a proactive, positive mindset
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
