Global Energy Services Holding (GESH) is a leading provider of integrated port infrastructure, fabrication, and industrial services to the energy sector. Following its acquisition by Mitsui and Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, GESH is undertaking a targeted programme of growth to strengthen its position at the forefront of the Energy Transition and Renewables markets. Central to this strategy is the continued development of the Port of Nigg and GESH’s wider fabrication and energy services businesses.
We are recruiting a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue growth across assigned portfolios, including Fabrication, Port Operations, IRM and Access Solutions/Working at Height. The role will focus on developing and building client relationships, generating and qualifying opportunities, and converting sales pipeline into contract awards across oil and gas, renewables, and adjacent industrial markets. The BDM will operate as an integral part of the wider Commercial team.
Key Accountabilities:- Develop and execute a targeted sales plan for the assigned business unit aligned to Group strategic priorities and revenue targets.
- Own client and stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
