This is an opportunity for an Ecommerce Executive to take ownership of the online store for a growing fashion and lifestyle brand. The role focuses on delivering a smooth and polished shopping experience and making sure every product launch runs exactly as planned.
You will be responsible for the overall health of the Shopify site. This includes keeping all pages updated, checking performance, making sure the customer journey is consistent and ensuring that everything on the site works as it should.
You will manage the full online product process from the moment an item is ready for set up through to launch. This includes:
- Creating product information, SKUs and barcodes
- Coordinating the movement of samples
- Gathering images and videos
- Ensuring all assets are accurate and ready to go live
You will also manage the rollout of every product drop from early access for subscribers to the final public release. The role is central to the digital team. You will work closely with internal colleagues and external partners who support social media, PPC and development.
You will be the main point of contact for anything relating to the online store and will play a key role in ensuring campaigns and launches land smoothly. You will have experience in an ecommerce position with confidence using Shopify, and enjoy working independently and managing several tasks at once. You will have outstanding attention to detail especially when working with product data and online content.
