We are working with a leading employer based in Dungannon to recruit a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR Team. This is an exciting new position, offering the opportunity to shape the recruitment function and make a real impact. There is an excellent salary on offer with this position.
Responsibilities
- Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing through to onboarding.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and the HR team to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and workforce planning priorities.
- Drafting, maintaining, and posting accurate and engaging job descriptions across internal and external platforms.
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and talent pipelining.
- Screening CVs, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing assessment processes.
- Conducting initial interviews and supporting hiring managers with recruitment best practice.
- Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience, providing timely feedback and clear communication.
- Coordinating onboarding, inductions, pre-employment checks, and monitoring compliance with company policies.
- Contributing to employer branding initiatives and internal recruitment communications.
What you’ll need
- Previous experience in recruitment or within a HR Department with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns from start to finish.
- Confident in engaging and building relationships with candidates at all levels.
- Experience sourcing talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
- Skilled in screening CVs, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews/assessments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills able to partner with hiring managers to understand requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
