Our client, a large global insurance company, is looking for a new Digital Copywriter to join their in-house Creative Studio. You will help shape exceptional customer experiences through compelling storytelling.
As part of the content team, you’ll collaborate with design, SEO, marketing, and social media experts to produce engaging digital content across websites, campaigns, and email communications. You’ll report to a Content Manager and play a key role in guiding customers through their journeys with the right message at the right time.
Your responsibilities include:
- Creating original, insight-led content that is clear, engaging, and aligned with brand tone and values.
**What You’ll Bring:**
- Proven experience in writing high-quality digital copy
- Strong understanding of tone of voice for digital channels
- Ability to simplify complex financial information for customers
- Experience working with UX, SEO, Compliance, and Marketing teams
