Are you a current undergraduate seeking a placement opportunity with real impact? Are you ready to undertake real roles and responsibilities in a supportive environment? Do you want to collaborate and achieve together with committed people to create a more trusting, sustainable, and responsible world for all? We are on the search for passionate individuals to join our HR team in Derry.
Your role
These roles are open to undergraduates currently completing a degree which includes a placement year. We have created HR industrial placement roles for local undergrads, these placements offer multiple opportunities to develop personally and professionally, providing the right environment for you to learn and grow vital technical, behavioural and customer centric skills that will future-proof your transferable skills.
During your placement you will be based within one of our local shared services teams providing HR support to our employees across the UK&I. You’ll develop vital life, work, and team skills from being involved in our customer centric HR activities, as well as having your own assignments to manage and organize.
