Overview
This position is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing technology company within our busy Client Delivery team. The role is a hybrid, Central London-based position, requiring at least 1 day a week in-office presence. We are seeking a mid-level Delivery Lead / Project Manager / Consultant for a client-facing role in software implementations.
Responsibilities
- Follow the CoreStream GRC Delivery Process to ensure technical solutions meet clients' needs
- Engage with clients directly via Teams meetings, calls, and email
- Develop and maintain project plans, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage deliverables across Development, Configuration, and Quality Assurance teams
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
Qualifications
- Experience in a client-facing role within a professional services firm (Big 4 experience is a plus)
- Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines effectively
- Process-oriented, organized, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Client-focused, with a pragmatic approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is preferred but not essential
- Experience with software implementation projects is preferred but not essential
