Up to £55,000 DOE | Site-Based | UK-Wide Projects

An established and growing UK construction and infrastructure contractor is expanding its project delivery team due to sustained growth. Operating across complex, multi-site projects nationwide, the business is known for its practical approach, strong safety culture, and commitment to developing its people through funded training and clear progression pathways.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to take ownership of site delivery across UK-based projects. The role is site-based, with flexibility on home location, and requires regular travel to live projects and occasional visits to the company’s head office in the South West. With a clear development plan in place, this position offers genuine progression into Site Management and Project Management roles, fully supported by the employer.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
  • Coordinating labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials to maintain efficient site progress.
  • Monitoring site performance, reporting progress, and resolving on-site challenges proactively.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as a Site Agent or in a similar site-based civil or construction role.
  • Strong understanding of site processes, health and safety standards, and project delivery.
  • Willingness to work UK-wide and travel as required, including occasional visits to Dawlish.
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ambition to progress into senior site or project roles.
