Overview: Automotive Technical Trainer – Have you experience of Automotive engineering and a passion for developing people? This role is with a national Training company, based in Daventry, delivering technical automotive apprenticeship training. You will work with small groups of learners, building relationships and supporting them through the complete journey.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical automotive apprenticeship training to learners.
- Work with small groups of learners, build relationships, and support them through the complete journey.
Qualifications:
- Automotive engineering experience, either within a training/teaching role or in industry, with a clear ability to coach and develop learners.
- Organised with good relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently.
- Assessor or teaching qualifications are desirable; if not held, the employer will support you through these qualifications.
Location: Daventry, with opportunities to develop skills and progress within a flexible environment.
