Role is working Monday to Friday and normal daytime hours (no weekends). Whether it is minor car park damage or a road traffic accident our clients’ 195 repair centres provide a range of services that use modern repair methods to put your vehicle back to its pre-accident condition, ensuring we repair every vehicle with utmost pride and care. They are now looking for a Bodyshop Workshop Controller for their Accident Repair Bodyshop in Croydon.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bodyshop workshop, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all repair processes.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our customers.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to drive performance and meet business targets.
