For over 20 years, Synergize Consulting has been providing highly skilled professionals and turnkey labour services to the Digital & Technology sectors both domestically and internationally. We are an established provider of security cleared professionals, working with specialist prime contractors to the MoD, the intelligence community as well as systems integration companies.
As a Recruitment Consultant at Synergize Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in our digital and technology division, focusing on the UK/European market. You will be recruiting for contractors, permanent staff, and employed consultants for clients across Data, IT operations, Product and delivery, Quality assurance testing (QAT), Technical and User-centred design. The Synergize Consulting HQ is based in the heart of Crawley, West Sussex (Less than 5 miles from Gatwick Airport). We understand the changes to the working environment in recent years and the importance of an agile workforce. For this opportunity, we are seeking individuals that are able to accommodate a Hybrid working approach.
To add real value to our digital and technology division, this opportunity would suit individuals with previous recruitment experience, or experience of working in the digital or IT industry. Your key responsibilities:
- Developing long term professional business relationships with both clients, candidates and the wider delivery team.
- Sourcing, shortlisting and successfully placing candidates into contractor, permanent and Employed Consultant appointments.
- Obtain a true understanding of our clients and their industry, allowing you to deliver a high level of customer service by briefing candidates on our live vacancies.
- Arranging and managing interviews, followed by presenting and negotiating on offers of employment.
- Preparing CVs and drafting correspondence for all parties involved within the recruitment lifecycle.
- Offering advice to both clients and candidates on market rates/salaries, training, and career progression.
- Prospecting and securing new business.
- Offering assistance and knowledge to the wider delivery team in relation to the production of rates cards and bid responses.
Essential Skills:
- To be considered for this exciting opportunity, we are seeking either an experienced technical recruiter, preferably within the digital or technology domain.
