The firm is seeking to hire a mid-level Competition & Antitrust Associate to join its highly regarded London team. The Team:

The London Competition & Antitrust team is a key part of the firm\’s elite global antitrust platform. The group works seamlessly with colleagues across the US, Europe and Asia and is regularly instructed on headline-making matters, including global merger control, cartel and conduct investigations, abuse of dominance cases and complex competition litigation. The team is known for its commercial approach, intellectual rigor and close integration with the firm\’s corporate, private equity and disputes practices.

The Role:

The firm is looking for a strong mid-level associate to play a meaningful role across a broad range of competition and antitrust matters. The role will involve advising on UK, EU and multi-jurisdictional merger filings, antitrust investigations and strategic competition advice for leading multinational clients. Associates are given significant responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers on cutting-edge matters from an early stage.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified in England & Wales or internationally qualified, with experience advising on UK, EU and/or multi-jurisdictional competition matters
• Solid experience advising on merger control and antitrust investigations (UK and/or EU)
• Trained at, or currently with, a leading international law firm or competition authority
• Excellent academics and strong technical grounding
• Commercial, driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
