Are you passionate about environmental, health, safety, and quality standards in manufacturing? Catalyst Technologies is seeking an experienced EHS & Quality Adviser to join our team for a 6-month contract at our Clitheroe site.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and improve site EHS & Quality management systems.
- Develop and deliver effective EHS training and promote a proactive safety culture.
- Advise managers and teams on compliance with EHS, safety, and quality policies.
- Conduct audits to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
- Liaise with external providers for occupational health, emissions monitoring, and equipment calibration.
- Support accident and incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Administer and develop the site’s Integrated Management System and SharePoint document management.
- Coordinate internal and external audit programmes.
Requirements
- NEBOSH certificate (or equivalent) and relevant EHS workplace experience.
- Experience in high hazard or chemical manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of EHS legislation, occupational health, environmental monitoring, and waste management.
- Experience with integrated management systems and ISO standards.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and drive change.
