Orthopaedics Clinical Support Specialist
Location: West Midlands | Full-time | Field-Based Role

About The Role
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting surgeons and theatre teams with the safe and effective use of cutting-edge orthopaedic technologies. You’ll be in theatre, providing expert product guidance during live procedures, delivering staff training, and acting as a trusted point of contact for clinical and technical support.
This isn’t a sales role, it’s a highly respected clinical-facing position where your theatre experience and calm under pressure will shine.
Responsibilities
- Support orthopaedic procedures across your territory
- Provide hands-on product support in theatre
- Train scrub teams, surgeons, and other clinical staff
- Assist with pre-op planning and post-op follow-ups
- Collaborate with the wider commercial and technical teams
What We’re Looking For
- Scrub nurse or ODP background (orthopaedics experience highly desirable)
- Physio background
- Confident in theatre settings and comfortable supporting complex cases
- Strong communicator who can build trust with surgical teams
- Curious, proactive, and keen to develop clinically and professionally
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the territory
