What You’ll Do
As Client Relationship Team Assistant you will combine strong customer service skills with professional communication, supporting the Private Client department and ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full support to the Private Client department to enable efficient operations.
- Prepare correspondence using the case management system.
- Attend to clients on the telephone and in person, problem‑solving and demonstrating initiative under pressure.
- Administer daily filing systems, opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
- Maintain good relationships with new business introducers, being a highly accurate team player.
- Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch; arrange scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as required.
