The Role
- Lead technical compliance and quality standards across the site, ensuring alignment with third-party accreditation and customer requirements.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and QA/QC strategy.
- Manage HACCP and food safety systems.
- Drive customer complaint investigation and reduction programs.
- Own key quality control and verification processes.
- Lead BRCGS and customer audits to AA / GREEN outcomes.
- Oversee held stock management and corrective actions.
- Deliver food safety and quality training at all levels.
- Implement root cause analysis and preventive actions.
- Ensure customer and retailer codes of practice are embedded.
- Coordinate customer visits and regulatory inspections.
About You
- BSc or higher qualification in Food Safety or related field.
- Level 3 HACCP certification (essential).
- 5+ years’ experience in food manufacturing in a technical/QA role.
- Proven experience leading BRCGS and regulatory audits.
- Strong knowledge of retailer codes of practice.
