We are hiring Senior Frontend Engineers to join our Core App team. You will be responsible for building the interfaces and experiences that our users interact with daily, working closely with backend engineers, product managers, designers, and other teams across the organisation.
Our frontend stack is modern React with Vite, Turbo, Tailwind CSS, and Storybook. You will work on everything from core user journeys to sophisticated data visualisations, collaborating with teams across engineering including our Investigations, Platform, and Customer Success teams.
What You’ll Do
- Build responsive, accessible, performant user interfaces using React and modern frontend tooling
- Collaborate closely with designers to implement pixel-perfect UIs and great user experiences
- Work with backend engineers to design and consume APIs effectively
- Write well-tested, maintainable code following established patterns
- Contribute to our component library and design system
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain frontend standards
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to deliver features
- Debug and optimize frontend performance
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge with the team
- Build new features and improve existing user journeys
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience
- Strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and web standards
- Experience building responsive, accessible user interfaces
- Proficiency with modern frontend build tools and workflows
- Strong understanding of state management patterns
- Experience with component-driven development and design systems
- Commitment to testing and code quality
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Self-driven with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly Desirable:
- Experience with our specific stack (Vite, Turbo, Tailwind, Storybook)
- Background in SaaS platforms or complex B2B products
- Understanding of web performance optimization and monitoring
- Familiarity with backend technologies to enable better cross-stack collaboration
