We are currently partnering with a luxury womenswear brand, who are seeking a commercially driven Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead and grow the online business. This role owns end-to-end ecommerce performance, balancing revenue growth with a best-in-class luxury customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own ecommerce strategy, trading performance, and P&L
- Drive online revenue growth, conversion, AOV, and customer lifetime value
- Lead onsite experience, UX optimization, and CRO initiatives
- Oversee online merchandising, product launches, and digital storytelling
- Partner with Marketing, Buying, Tech, and Operations teams
- Deliver clear performance reporting and actionable insights
- Lead and develop the ecommerce team and external partners
About You
- 6–8+ years’ ecommerce experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion
- Proven track record of driving ecommerce growth in a DTC environment
- Strong commercial and analytical skills (GA4, ecommerce KPIs)
- Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms and luxury customer expectations
- Confident stakeholder manager with strong attention to detail
