We are seeking a proactive Senior Amazon Account Manager to oversee day‑to‑day account management and ensure commercial success across multiple brands and markets. This role requires hands‑on management of Amazon stores, a strong grasp of P&L responsibility, and the ability to deliver high‑quality brand execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of store management by brand and market, ensuring accurate and compelling content.
- Oversee Amazon P&L per brand, driving performance in line with agreed targets.
- Act as the main link between brands and Amazon, managing the daily flow of information.
- Advise on promotional strategy and ensure campaigns deliver against commercial goals.
- Adapt and optimise digital assets (PDPs, Brand Stores, performance advertising), localising content for the Amazon customer.
- Set up and maintain product detail pages, including new product launches.
- Build and update each brand’s Amazon Brand Store, ensuring it reflects the latest campaigns and messaging.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing Amazon accounts with full P&L responsibility.
- Proven experience with Vendor Central and Amazon retail account management.
- Strong understanding of content optimisation, promotions, and advertising on Amazon.
- Ability to balance day‑to‑day execution with long‑term brand growth.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Fluency in either French or German is essential.
