Role Overview
As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead corporate PR programmes, including issues and crisis management, reputation-led campaigns, and purpose-driven initiatives. You will be a trusted advisor to senior clients, shaping strategic campaigns and managing account teams to deliver standout work. Experience in corporate crisis and issues management is highly desirable but not essential – what matters most is your passion for great PR, strategic thinking, and client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate PR programmes focused on reputation, crisis, and purpose-led campaigns
- Monitor industries, stakeholder landscapes, and news agendas to inform client strategy
- Provide strategic counsel and proactive guidance to senior clients
- Be the main point of contact for clients, building trusted and long-lasting relationships
- Confidently challenge client thinking and present innovative solutions
- Oversee reporting, team workflows, and delivery to ensure excellence across all accounts
- Produce and present insight-driven decks to clients and internal stakeholders
- Advise on campaign timing and messaging in response to external events
