Lead and actively participate in PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure alignment between team-level delivery and program- and portfolio-level objectives. Support dependency management and cross-team coordination in large-scale programs.
- Stakeholder & Program Leadership: Partner with senior stakeholders across IT, cybersecurity, networking, and the business to align priorities and manage expectations. Support large organizational program planning efforts, including roadmap development, sequencing, and risk management. Provide transparency into delivery progress, risks, and outcomes using metrics and dashboards.
- Service & Operational Alignment: Incorporate ITIL service management principles into product delivery to ensure operational readiness and service continuity. Balance feature development with technical debt, reliability, and operational excellence. Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth transitions to production.
