Responsibilities
- Solve Complicated Problems: Tackle some of the most difficult challenges in fintech, such as increasing the reliability of core data and solving problems at scale.
- Provide Technical Direction: Lead through influence by setting the technical direction and providing guidance on system and data architecture.
- Mentor the Team: Support and mentor senior engineers, helping them weigh up approaches and accelerate their learning.
- Lead by Example: Run training sessions and facilitate discussions to elevate the entire engineering team.
Who We're Looking For
You are a seasoned engineer with 10-15 years of experience, a track record of building maintainable, scalable services and systems, and an upward trajectory in your career. You are a fantastic IC who thrives on solving tough problems.
Qualifications
- Significant experience with Python.
- A background in a cloud-focused organization with exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- A desire to work collaboratively in a team and an ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Vue, Nuxt, React, or Next.
- Experience or a strong interest in Fintech.
