Connect bridges HR systems and digital tools to give frontline employees seamless, secure access – without email addresses or complexity. What You Will Do
- Design, lead, and evolve the technical architecture of the Connect platform
- Make decisions on tech stack, infrastructure, frameworks, and integration approaches
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Connect to align architecture with roadmap priorities
- Provide hands‑on technical leadership – contributing code, conducting reviews, and guiding decisions
- Mentor and support a growing engineering team, ensuring high‑quality delivery
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable systems
- Focus on performance, reliability, and security at scale
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience with Service Fabric and Kubernetes
- Proven experience architecting and scaling B2B SaaS platforms
- Strong full‑stack technical expertise – especially across C#, JavaScript, and React
- Experience integrating with APIs and identity platforms (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD)
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure – ideally Azure and Service Fabric
- A collaborative mindset – comfortable working across product, engineering, and client delivery
- A pragmatic, hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making
- Background in IAM or SSO is a bonus
