We are recruiting for a fast growing grab and go food brand based in London. The business currently operates 6 sites and is planning to double in size over the next two years. This is a founder led business that has seen serious success and traction in the past two years. They started from scratch and have quickly become one of the biggest success stories in this market. It is an exciting time to join and I am genuinely proud to be supporting them with their growth and people strategy.
This is a busy and fast paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front and developing strong teams. You will be responsible for:
- Managing 3 high volume sites in central London
- Leading, developing and motivating strong management and team structures
- Driving financial performance including sales, labour and margins
- Making sure standards are high across service, food quality and compliance
- Building a positive culture where people feel supported and developed
This role offers clear progression. The business is growing quickly and the right person could move into an area level role within the next couple of years.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience as a General Manager or Senior Store Manager in a fast paced food or coffee environment
- Is big on people development and building great teams
- Is confident with financials and understands how to run a profitable business
