Freshminds has partnered with a boutique consultancy to find an experienced Manager to lead strategic transformation projects for major organisations across the private sector. This is a dynamic client facing role in which you will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape, plan and deliver high impact change programmes. You will combine strategic thinking with hands on delivery, taking ownership from end to end and helping clients achieve strong measurable outcomes through the sustainable embedding of new ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Managing transformation and planning engagements, shaping strategy and delivering high impact projects across retail, financial services and other major sectors.
- Building trusted relationships with senior leaders and spotting opportunities to create further value.
- Leading and coaching client teams to strengthen capability and embed new ways of working.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ consulting experience in strategy, transformation, product management, cultural change or operating model design.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong track record in delivering strategic change programmes.
- Degree-level qualification with a minimum 2:1 or equivalent.
