We are a boutique, research-driven technology recruitment firm with a reputation for placing world-class Technologists and Mathematicians into some of the most prestigious Hedge Funds and Quantitative Trading Firms globally. We’re looking for a Lead AI Recruiter to drive the expansion of our AI Practice. This is an opportunity for a seasoned recruiter with a demonstrable track record, strong business acumen, and the ambition to help build and scale an organisation. You’ll work directly with the Co-Founders to develop the infrastructure, strategy, and resources needed to grow this division.
