It is being replaced by intent-driven, conversational AI discovery. At Wilgot, we are building a new category of tools called Agentic Product Optimization (APO) to help D2C brands survive and thrive in this shift to agentic commerce. We transform static product catalogs into living, adaptive agents, ensuring that brands are the most relevant and trustworthy answers when AI systems decide what to surface.

We are hiring our first Founding Account Executive to take the core founder motion and turn it into a repeatable, scalable commercial engine. This is a builder role with a clear executive trajectory.
The Challenge: From Founder Intuition to Repeatable Motion
- ICP Validation: Validate and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for the UK market. Determine which segments of the UK D2C landscape are the highest-leverage opportunities for our technology.
- Consultative Execution: Lead with curiosity. With support from our founders, own the full sales cycle for the UK market, focusing on deep discovery and a consultative approach that positions you as an expert partner.
- Quality Over Quantity: In this early stage, it isn’t just about scale. Identify brands we can truly help, ensuring high customer success and powerful references rather than chasing a number.
- Building the Playbook: Transition our sales motion from founder-intuition to a documented, repeatable sequence. Define how we build and maintain trust at scale.
