Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly Creative Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day workflow and coordination of the Graphic Design and Creative Services function. The position acts as a central point of contact between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to creative standards. The role also supports budget management, forecasting, and reporting, while facilitating clear communication and efficient approval processes across Creative, Marketing, and Retail teams. This role will also provide administrative and diary management support to the Art Director.
The role
- Workflow and brief management of Graphic Design team
- Communication with external suppliers in connection with Creative Services projects – handling broader admin tasks such as timelines, shipping, delivery and invoice payment processes
- Overview and Management of Creative Services project budgets
- Managing expectations and liaising with other internal departments such as Marketing and Retail
- Assisting in feedback and approval process by arranging meetings with Art Director and Creative Director, strategically in line with project timelines
- Oversee budgets for e-commerce and wholesale shoots
- Support forecasting and reporting as required
- Serve as primary contact for external vendors (e.g. Post-production agencies, model agencies, studio logistics, and new production studios under consideration)

The Candidate
- 2-3 years experience in a creative operations, project coordination, or studio management role within a fashion, luxury, or creative environment.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, particularly within graphic design and content production teams with experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously, strong attention to timelines, detail, and prioritisation.
- Experience overseeing and tracking project budgets, forecasting and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, manage external suppliers and vendors, including agencies, studios, and production partners, ensuring smooth delivery and clear expectations.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, including handling logistics, invoicing processes, and diary management for senior creative leadership.
- Ability to support structured feedback and approval processes by coordinating meetings and aligning stakeholders to project deadlines.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and manage competing priorities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability when working with senior stakeholders and external partners.
