We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced professional to join our expanding team as a Client Account Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their legal services needs and ensuring high client satisfaction
  • Identify and close new business opportunities from outbound prospecting to generate revenue
  • Develop and implement strategies to support the business to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Responding to all inbound inquiries in a timely fashion
  • Building out your industry knowledge and network of contacts in the legal industry through face to face and online networking
  • Keeping accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and pipeline management using our CRM system
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract being signed
  • Contribute to the focused, collaborative culture of a growing team

  • Achievement of sales quotas and revenue growth targets
  • Number of new clients acquired and retained

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum three years’ experience in a sales or commercial role
  • Evidence of exceeding commercial targets in a previous sales or business development role
  • Knowledge of the legal profession is an advantage, as is experience selling to senior executives in large organisations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and strong communication and organisational skills
