Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of property claims, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Lead a team of claims professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the claims process.
- Analyse and assess complex claims, utilizing knowledge of the London Market claims systems (e.g., ECF).
- Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing complex property claims, preferably within the London Market and preferably experience in US and Canadian Claims.
