A leading, global architecture practice is looking for a proactive, highly-organised and strategic Bid Manager, with expertise in managing complex bid processes to join their talented business development team.

Responsibilities- Manage the Middle Eastern bid process, shaping strategies, and ensuring excellence from opportunity identification to delivery
- Manage the end-to-end bid cycle, including win strategy, storyboarding, response development, and post-bid analysis
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to craft high-quality, tailored responses that meet client requirements
- Drive best practices in bid management, from improving written responses to refining the bid library
- Oversee the bid pipeline, ensuring all proposals are well-resourced and recorded in the CRM
- Prior experience in a similar bid manager role within architecture or the wider built environment
- Proven expertise in Middle Eastern bid management, with a track record of success
- A strong understanding of RIBA design stages, procurement routes, and design competition
- Exceptional project management skills
- APMP certification is a plus
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical content
- Leadership and communication abilities, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft 365
- Additional language skills (Arabic or others) would be beneficial
