Responsibilities
- Build and ship production AI systems including RAG pipelines and AI agents
- Work end to end across backend, infrastructure and AI
- Shape architecture, engineering standards and culture from day one
- Huge ownership and real impact
What you need
- 5+ Years professional software experience (Python)
- Excellent Educational Background (BSc, MSc, PhD - 2.1 or higher)
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications
- Comfortable moving fast in high ambiguity environments
- Genuine passion for building products that scale
