Hop To Talent are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to join a privately-owned property company in Chichester. This is a key role in a close-knit business where you’ll oversee daily operations, coordinate admin and IT, and support a busy leadership team. The role offers real variety – from managing suppliers to organising internal events and supporting the company’s marketing activity.
The Role
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and systems
- Manage the office budget, expenses, and key suppliers
- Pull together the monthly board pack in PowerPoint
- Own office essentials – from stationery and IT kit to catering and postage
- Maintain clear filing systems and document processes
- Coordinate with external IT provider and support internal IT needs
- Support company marketing: website updates, socials, awards, events
- Organise internal meetings, socials, and the annual charity tournament
- Schedule appointments and provide admin support to the exec team
- Liaise with contractors and oversee office maintenance
- Support H&S policy updates and office compliance
