Hop To Talent are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to join a privately-owned property company in Chichester. This is a key role in a close-knit business where you’ll oversee daily operations, coordinate admin and IT, and support a busy leadership team. The role offers real variety – from managing suppliers to organising internal events and supporting the company’s marketing activity.

The Role

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and systems
  • Manage the office budget, expenses, and key suppliers
  • Pull together the monthly board pack in PowerPoint
  • Own office essentials – from stationery and IT kit to catering and postage
  • Maintain clear filing systems and document processes
  • Coordinate with external IT provider and support internal IT needs
  • Support company marketing: website updates, socials, awards, events
  • Organise internal meetings, socials, and the annual charity tournament
  • Schedule appointments and provide admin support to the exec team
  • Liaise with contractors and oversee office maintenance
  • Support H&S policy updates and office compliance
