What are you going to do:
- Represent Transport for Wales (TfW) in a positive, professional, and approachable manner at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers and delivering accurate, up-to-date travel information by clear announcements regarding service updates, departure times, and calling patterns when required.

Extra information:
- This is a 6 or 18 month fixed-term contract.
- This role is based on an annualised hours contract. The postholder will work a total number of hours over the course of the year, rather than a fixed weekly schedule.
- Working patterns will vary depending on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
- Shifts will be planned in advance and communicated with reasonable notice. Flexibility is essential to meet operational requirements.
- We are committed to providing as much notice as possible for working hours and will seek to balance business needs with employee wellbeing.
