Location: Cheltenham
Shifts: A mixture of long days and short shifts, with some on the floor and some off rota Monday – Sunday. This role requires you to be fully flexible.
Pay: Pay rate starts at £32K per annum.

Deputy Service Managers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We are seeking a Deputy Service Manager to join us in leading our residential service. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a team of colleagues to help people gain more independence in daily life
- Developing and implementing person-centred support plans
- Conducting care needs assessments
- Recruiting and inducting new colleagues
- Completing supervision/appraisals and medication competencies and audits
- Attending multi-disciplinary meetings and producing reports
- Assisting the Registered Manager in day-to-day service management
- Participating in the on-call rota (subject to service needs)
You will need to bring appropriate experience and values. This role requires prior experience in a care management role, finance management, health and safety, medication, and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, as well as experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
