Chef de Partie – The Wild Duck, Cotswolds
Part of the Country Creatures Collection, The Wild Duck is a beautifully restored luxury country inn, set in the heart of the Cotswolds. We are now looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and play a key role in delivering seasonal, ingredient-led menus in a professional, supportive environment.
The Role
- Running your own section during service with confidence and consistency
- Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Maintaining excellent organisation, cleanliness, and food safety
- Supporting junior chefs and contributing to team development
- Working with seasonal, quality ingredients in a well-structured kitchen
About You
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Demi CDP ready to step up)
- Passion for ingredient-led cooking and quality food
