One of our largest clients is experiencing strong growth, and we’re looking for a Change & Release Manager to bring structure, control, and confidence to change delivery across a complex, multi-market platform.
You’ll sit at the heart of the business, owning end-to-end change and release management and ensuring every update, from content to configuration to platform changes, lands smoothly, securely, and compliantly.
Responsibilities
- Owning and evolving change management across all interactive markets
- Providing final sign-off for changes and releases
- Planning and coordinating releases to minimise disruption
- Line managing a remote team of Release Engineers overseas
- Leading audits and ensuring strong governance & compliance
- Driving process improvements and advising senior leadership
- Working closely with product, content, technology, and market teams
- Maintaining clear documentation and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in a similar Change / Release role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Location: West Midlands - Hybrid Working
- Salary: £50k
