We are partnered with a leading semiconductor and wireless company who are hiring talented engineers to help design and deliver high-performance, power-efficient GPU solutions for next-generation products. This role requires 5 days per week onsite in Cambridge.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of GPU cores with a focus on performance and power efficiency.
- Develop functional models, software, and simulations to validate GPU features and ensure correctness.
- Create, run, and analyze graphics and compute tests to assess functionality, performance, and power behaviour.
- Identify, debug, and resolve performance or functional issues across the GPU software and hardware interface.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to guide implementation and align with product requirements.
- Develop and maintain driver and compiler software that supports GPU products.
- Produce clear technical documentation and feature descriptions to support internal teams and end users.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant GPU experience across architecture, software, or performance engineering.
- Strong understanding of GPU performance and power trade-offs.
- Experience working with GPU software stacks, including drivers, compilers, or functional models.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, collaborative engineering environments.
