Hybrid, permanent role. We’re partnering with a values-led care organisation that’s investing heavily in data, insight, and technology to support smarter decision-making across the business. They’re now looking to appoint a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their growing data function at their support office in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Reporting into the Head of Business Intelligence, you’ll play a key role in turning marketing, customer, and operational data into actionable insight. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll build dashboards, models, and analysis that directly influence strategy, performance, and growth.
The Role – Key Focus
- Building customer and marketing data models across CRM, web, and campaign data
- Developing attribution models, lead scoring, and conversion analysis
- Creating dashboards and reports to track enquiries, ROI, and performance
- Forecasting to support occupancy planning and campaign timing
- Competitor and market intelligence analysis to inform strategy
- Translating insight into clear, commercial recommendations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in BI / marketing analytics / data analytics
- Strong hands-on skills with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio)
- Commercial mindset with a focus on ROI and business outcomes
- Experience working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of attribution modelling, segmentation, and forecasting
- Exposure to cloud / BI platforms (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory)
- Interest or experience in AI-driven analytics tools
