This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing graduate or early-career professional to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial strategy consultancy at the forefront of modern strategic execution. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Consultants, Project Leaders, and senior client stakeholders to help analyse data, develop insights and support the delivery of high-impact engagements. You will be exposed early to real client work, senior decision-makers, and cross-functional strategic challenges, with accelerated responsibility compared to traditional consulting firms.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving: Conduct research, collect data, and build structured analyses that support client decision-making. Translate complex data into clear insights, narratives and recommendations.
- Client Interaction & Delivery: Present findings to internal teams and client stakeholders in clear, concise formats. Support workshops, working sessions and interviews with senior leaders.
- Entrepreneurial & Internal Development: Contribute to thought leadership, internal problem-solving and continuous improvement. Support the growth of the Strategy in Action ecosystem, including product feedback and experimentation with AI-driven tools.
- Ways of Working: Work in a non-hierarchical, collaborative environment with direct access to senior leaders. Travel occasionally across Europe and beyond based on project requirements.

Learning & Development
All Analysts join our 3H Learning Curve Programme, which includes:

Qualifications
- Education: A degree in a quantitative, analytical or business-related field (e.g., Economics, Management, Engineering, STEM). A Master’s is a plus but not required - strong Bachelor’s candidates with relevant work experience are equally encouraged to apply. A track record of strong academic performance (typically 2:1 or above, or international equivalent).
- Experience: 0.5–2 years of relevant experience (consulting, strategy, analytics, PMO, finance, start-up roles).
- Skills: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail and structured thinking. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (other analytical tools are a plus).
- Personal Traits: Fluency in English and German is mandatory; additional languages are a plus. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Curious, humble, and eager to learn. Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
