We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Service Demand Planning Associate to become an integral part of our team. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service by effectively coordinating the supply-demand balance across the UK and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply-Demand Coordination: Manage the balancing process to ensure we have the right resources available at the right time.
  • Capacity Forecasting: Support the execution of capacity forecasts to achieve strategic business goals.
  • Daily Planning: Engage with stakeholders to effectively manage day-to-day resource planning and communication.
  • Meeting Preparation: Assist in weekly Demand-Supply balance meetings, providing insights for effective decision-making.
  • Quality Management: Monitor system data quality and ensure optimal process performance in service activities.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A level educated or equivalent with a minimum of 5 GCSEs (A - C grades in English and Mathematics).
  • Previous experience in demand planning (desirable) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders effectively.

  • Proactively identify and resolve planning issues, contributing to continuous process improvement.
