Service Care Solutions are working with an internationally regarded, Tier 1 Legal 500 company which is looking to recruit a Senior Employment Solicitor into its Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team recognised for advising some of the world’s most prominent businesses, including major listed companies and household names. With a UK team of over 50 employment specialists, this practice is part of a truly global network and regularly manages complex, cross-border projects.
The Work
- Day-to-day advisory support to major corporate clients.
- Employment aspects of corporate, commercial and real estate transactions, including TUPE, outsourcing and business transfers.
- Employment tribunal and High Court litigation, as well as appellate work.
- Collective issues such as redundancies, restructuring, TUPE and industrial relations.
- Internal investigations, including regulatory aspects.
- Strategic projects involving compliance with new legislation and workforce change programmes.
