The Role
- Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, ensuring briefs are clearly understood and delivered against
- Working closely with Account Directors to scope, plan, and deliver client work
- Managing internal teams across creative, development, and strategy to keep projects on track
- Building strong relationships with multiple client stakeholders
- Supporting a major new client win with significant growth potential
- Identifying opportunities to expand and add value within the account
- Providing stronger day-to-day strategic ownership within a complex environment
- Supporting data-led strategy alongside execution across direct mail and email
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic direction across ongoing programmes
