Residential Property Lawyer – Bristol
A leading Legal 100 firm is seeking a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer (circa 2+ PQE) to join its successful residential property team. You\’ll work with high-profile clients including developers, investors, financial institutions and private individuals, handling high-value, complex matters from the outset.

The Department Handles:

• Residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
• Remortgages
• Lease extensions and deeds of variation
• Transfers of equity
• New build and shared ownership
• Residential land acquisition and disposals
• Development and plot purchase work

Your Role:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential and rural property matters
• Advise on complex and high-value freehold, leasehold and development work
• Support clients with lease extensions, variations and regulatory issues
• Handle residential land transactions and development-related matters
• Liaise with developers, lenders, agents and referrers
• Support the growth of the team\’s rural property offering

Experience Required:

• Qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with approx. 2+ PQE
• Experience in residential and/or rural property
• Confident handling complex, high-value transactions
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing, leasehold and development work
