Keystones are recruiting for a full time Mental Health Support Worker. We are looking for a warm, dedicated and skilled individual to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team. We support adults living in our houses and move on flats in North Bristol. We work closely on individual care plans and goals to help service users achieve stability/recovery, connection and purpose.
Responsibilities
The role will involve working with service users to maximise independence, daily living skills, and facilitate positive change.
Requirements / Qualifications
Previous experience is essential (at least 1 year in mental health care or in the field of addiction) and a relevant qualification is advantageous.
Details
- Working hours are 10am – 6pm Monday - Friday (no evenings)
- Plus every other weekend (3 hrs)
- £28,000.00 increasing to £28,235.55 per annum after 3 month induction
- Ongoing training and supervision
