The successful candidate will work closely with production, engineering, and senior leadership to embed a strong quality culture and ensure customer and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Lead, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with relevant ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
- Manage internal and external audits, including customer and certification audits
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
- Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Analyse quality data and KPIs, reporting performance to senior management
- Support supplier quality management and incoming inspection processes
- Lead and develop quality team members where applicable
- Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards
About You
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager (or Senior Quality Engineer ready to step up) within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management principles
- Experience with audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools
- Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Hands-on, proactive, and improvement-focused mindset
