We support flexible working and are open to UK-based remote candidates. Where possible, attendance at the Bracknell office or client sites for key meetings and collaboration is encouraged, but not essential for the right person.

We are looking for a PHP Developer (Mid-weight) to join our Development team at Rawnet. You will work across a range of client projects and partnerships, collaborating with experienced team members to deliver high-quality digital products and services in a fast-paced agency environment. This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, working collaboratively and continually developing their skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contributing to the delivery of websites, platforms and applications for a range of client projects, working within agreed technical standards and ways of working
- Working closely with Project Managers, UI Developers and wider project team
- Communicating with an understanding of client goals, project constraints and commercial priorities
- Managing your own workload to meet agreed priorities and deadlines
- Communicating clearly with colleagues and stakeholders, including translating technical requirements and issues
- Supporting continuous improvement in development standards, including the responsible use of AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and code quality
About You
- You’ll thrive in this role if you have experience in a PHP Developer or similar role
- Bring strong technical skills across PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, with experience of MVC frameworks
- Are organised, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility for code quality, including reviewing and testing your own work
- Communicate clearly and work well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Understand the commercial and delivery context of agency work and how your contribution impacts clients and the wider business
- Care about quality, take pride in your work, and are motivated to continue developing your technical capability
