Macgregor Black are partnering with a market leading DIY/hardware Business on the search for a Warehouse Manager. This is a full-time position which is permanent, based in the Midlands. As Warehouse Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations across the warehouse and manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless coordination between warehousing, logistics, production, and supply chain functions. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence — leading teams, optimising processes, and delivering results across goods in/out, inventory control, and production. This role calls for a hands-on leader who can balance strategic oversight with practical problem-solving, fostering efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee management of warehouse operations, including goods in/out, inventory control, and storage efficiency.
