Overview
Regional Sales Manager – Midlands Field‑Based | Team Leadership | Growing UK Consumer Brand. Partnering with a fast‑growing UK consumer brand that is expanding its field sales operation across the Midlands. They are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team of 10 Direct Sales people across the region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on developing people, improving performance and embedding a consistently high‑quality sales approach. While there will be some hands‑on selling to support holiday cover, the focus is firmly on leadership, coaching and driving regional results.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and motivate a regional team
- Identify training needs and deliver field‑based coaching
- Introduce KPIs, structure and best practice to drive conversion
- Support underperformers to improve or exit appropriately
- Build a positive, accountable sales culture across the Midlands
Ideal Candidate
- Experience managing field‑based sales teams (B2C preferred)
- A coaching‑led leadership style with a passion for people development
